Yes, no doubt, but i thought the rankings are based mostly on wickets. Didn't know economy played such a big factor. For example, Imad Wasim has a similar economy and average, yet he's no way near the top 10.

for a bowler, the factors are: Wickets taken and runs conceded. Ratings of the batsmen dismissed
