Ive added a couple more options,pm me if any of you think that anyone else needs to be added.

An in-form Owen would definitely win, but the thing is he usually takes a bit of time to get back in form after an injury. :(

If Sweden can get to the Quarters then Ibrahimovic or Larsson would get it.

He wouldn't get a look in against Henry. As far as i'm concerned when he's on form knowone can touch him. :)

For Arsenal Henry is their main goal scorer, but for France, Henry won't be playing as an out and out striker, he'll be playing behind Trezeguet.

Which is not using Henry to his capacity. And hasn't Henry scored long range goals before,or run through defences from midfield(Liverpool anyone)?

Miroslav Klose anyone ??????????

Scored 5 goals in 2002.Could be up for more.
He hasn't shown that kind of form since then. But yes, no one knows who will win the final race.

Larsson! Larsonn! He's definitely a dangerous proposition, stepping up for the occasions, and an outside candidate for the honours. Owen's been my favourite player since year 1 in the '98 WC, so I'd say he's up there, although his recent injuries will go a long way in restricting his usual dictation of the forwards game ;) He has great deception, creativity, vision and hunger, together with the obvious burst of speed over a short distance, hence will pose a real threat if he can pull it together before England's opening match.
