I need to get one as well. Thing is I got an iphone/ipad and mac desktop but to invest in a macbook, significant cost. Plus there are better systems for similar price. What you recommend?

Surely the point of a laptop is its mobile nature. Why get something like the Acer predator when you can build a better desktop PC for that price?
