Help with Big Editor

When i open it it comes with a message 'Failed to open/create File : 3'. I opened it couple of weeks ago it was working but now it isn't. Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Close the game and other applications..
Then open big editor..
U can't run it during the game play or during the player editor

how to extract async.big.w32 file this file is not extracted
plzz tell me
