I do hope so :)

The hosting discussion's quite an interesting one too.

We will have to compete with Belgium and the Netherlands, England, Japan, Portugal and Spain, Qatar, Russia , South Korea and the US for the right to host either World Cup. I reckon we have all the Asian countries covered, it’s only the European ones I’m worried about. England appear to have 2018 sewn up, so it’s between Australia, B&N, P&S, Russia and the Americans for 2022.

You'd hope the States don't get it, seeing as they hosted 1994. And they don't usually give two to the same continent, so it might be the Asian countries rather than the European ones which will challenge us for 2022.

Yeah, if England get 2018 (which they should) we have a big chance for 2022. Especially at the rapid rate the sport is growing. I didn't even watch the A-League 3 years ago. There are many others like me too.

Been to 50+ AFL matches at the Gabba. Even though I don't support Brisbane. It's the only real option for me to watch AFL live. Been to the MCG once (Melbourne v Collingwood, Queens Birthday 2004 where I recall we came back from 30 points down to win) and the Telstra Dome as well for a Lions v Essendon game.

Been to probably 5-10 international cricket games.. Australia v India test in 2003, Australia v India ODI, and the first ever T20I which was Australia v South Africa where Martyn hit 99* if I remember..

Been to probably 20+ domestic games for the Bulls at the Gabba, haven't ever been to a first class game but have watched plenty of one dayers and T20s. One of the T20s was vs NSW when Warner was just coming on to the scene after destroying Tasmania in a OD and then he got caught cheap by a sensational catch from Batticcotto.. but Phil Hughes murdered us. Almost got a catch too in the second tier, I think Hughes launched one down the ground, landed about a row in front of us. Was quite nerveracking.

Only been to one NRL game and one A-League game (although I'm planning to see the Roar vs Everton at Suncorp) and I would love to go to way more A-League games this year...

Yeah, that's about it.

Been to 3 Arsenal games.

Arsenal vs Aston Villa 2007
Arsenal vs Wigan 2007
Arsenal vs Man Utd (Youth game 1 pound tickets :))

Also went to day 2 of the first test of the South Africa series in 2008.

Only 2 I remember now :p
India Vs Pak, Mohali (Sachin another 99 out where India scored around 316 and still lost)
India Vs Australia in Champion Trophy

Unfortunately I have been to only one, and that was the a domestic T20 final between Sialkot and Karachi. A low-scorer but an interesting one

Cricket - Probably an average of two OD/T20 INT games a year.
When tests used to be at Eden Park I'd go to all five days most years.
Also been to tests at Seddon Park and McLean Park.
Been to crap load of Auckland Aces games as well, sometimes up to ten a year.

Rugby Union - Not too many international matches.
Mainly a couple of Blues games and a couple of Auckland games a year.
Went to the Lions vs Auckland match in 2005 as well.

Football - A couple of games in the old Aussie competition, I think it was Kings back then.

League - A couple of games here and there, I think just Warriors, can't remember and INT matches.

I usually go to almost every match at eden park he're's the ones i remember.
