I was wondering how old people still pick bowlers for test matches?

with England Flintoff and Harmy both stoped performing at 32!! aves went over 40, hoggard has played well till 34 but has now really dropped in form a lot.
hoggy has over 500 test wickets and im not sure if i should keep faith and see if he turns it around or give Stuart Broad some more time

"aves"? who he?
I have just started again on the 2006 ashes version. i recalled Caddick, and he was my most consistent bowler. Harmison and Hoggard each had one 10 wicket match, but struggled the rest of the time. Caddick took wickets in every innings.

Hoggard's still going strong at 36 for me. 620+ wickets and still bagging the 5'fors.

I have Gough running riot for me still in ODI's at 40 :p. Picking odd selections like Caddick do sometimes work wonders. (I've tried Hick and Crawley aswell, and they've done pretty well)

give broad the chance mate. He's got over 300 etst match wickets for me and a bowling average under 20 in ODI's

I always keep one or two youngsters in the squad to see their performances. I usually use them when I have already got the series in the bag.

lol no biast rermarks in the comment foxy
