how to create new player with max stats

I created new player and thru editor gave him max stats for all abilities. however whe you select that player for the game, his batting & bowling abilities still shows half in stats meter. Also when i pick this player to bowl in the game he only has one delivery option. How can i make this player full ability.

How did you change the abilities? Try using the Player Editor.
