I'm starting a 10 over ICC Champions Trophy knockout with the updated roster (and eventually the correct stumps and pitch ads).

The QF lineup is as follows:
Aus v WI
Eng v SL
Ind v NZ
Pak v SA

Australia vs West Indies

England vs Sri Lanka

India vs New Zealand

Pakistan vs South Africa

Pakistan choose to bat on a hard pitch and scored quickly and heavily. South Africa's only wicket courtesy of a slower ball from Jacques Kallis which took the leading edge to mid-off:

The score after 10 overs was 99/1

South Africa also scored quickly. This beautiful hook for 6 was by Herschelle Gibbs:

When Gibbs reached his 50 off just 35 balls with his second 6, it looked like an easy victory for SA with just 12 needed off the last two overs.
Shahid Afridi though then bowled a wicket maiden in the penultimate over to leave SA in deep trouble still needing 12 to win.
After 3 balls they were 98/1
Ball 4 was driven straight to cover and there was no run.
Ball 5 was lashed at but missed by Gibbs and went through to the keeper
Ball 6 was glanced off the hips and, just avoiding fine leg, sped over the boundary for 4!

A fantastic victory for South Africa with a boundary off the final ball of the game.

Next matches:
Semi one: Aus vs SL
Semi two: NZ vs SA
