Just like developers of spore released spore creature creator in order to fired up the numbers of creature for the actual release of the game ,LM can do the same by releasing the sort of bowling action editor which allows PC community to create replicas of current International bowlers this will save time for animation.
OK here is the complete HOW TO DO IT sort of kit.

1)Bowling Action should be separate in to 4 steps.

STEPS
a)Run up: This should be further divided in to how many spaces? Running speed can be set from 1(jog) to 10(steaming in)

b)Initiation :This is the start of the action and user can get a template for further changing the animation (Template can be of 3 types ,Front ON ,Side On and Slingy) Here user can set free (humanly) movement of both arms ,hips as well as back rotation. So user can move the bowler in Brett Lee'sque position if he wants to.

c)In the middle :This is the second step and basically it is second part of animation based on template you have set in the initiation stage and this is the most important part and setting of arms and hips will be minimized in this section so that the animation doesnt become jerky and unrealistic.

d)Follow through :This is the last stage and completely non editable (as this will be the core animation) how ever user can still set up the speed of the releasing power in this stage (higher releasing power =faster the bowler can be setup from 1-10 attributes)

So how is it sounds?

we're not boycotting this thread lol...

but its unlikely we can implement this to begin with...the core animations need to be edited in a modelling/animation program for a start and strict guidelines would have to be followed in the animating mods so that it wouldn't break the code that relies on certain things being adhered to.

Modding core animations is a lot more complex than modifying other facets of the game like textures and stats. I'm not saying its impossible, but it is unlikely to be a feature for the game's initial release.

Smack down 2 has this feature if you remember ,it will be just like building from lego like you can break core animations in to 3 categories and mix and match them for new animation how is that? and you can also adjust the speed of animation (that would be easy dont you think?)

Easy? Yeah, ok. It's only been on the current 'gen' of games where things like this have been available to edit, and TAOC is unfortunately basically a previous-gen game in terms of animation technology.

Yes, but Smackdown had a massive team of developers working to a massive THQ and WWE budget with people focussing on the gameplay, and then others faffing about with a move editor. It's not going to happen. It's far too complicated for a small team to implement if they want to get the game released in the next 6 months.
