Bro, actually due to repeated and "literal" Translation of interviews and speeches sometimes the real motive behind using a particular gets lost...

I would say if management's brain work, we have a solid number 4 in Shreyas Iyer. We need to find other players. Hoping to see the below lineup for ODI's

Still playing in the domestic scene. However, I don't think he was ever able to live upto the U19 WC 2012 Hype. Couple of below par IPL seasons didn't help. Don't see him coming into the side anytime soon.

I had expected so much of him seeing him score a century in the U19 WC Final when I was not even 13 years. And few months later the way he played in the CLT20 against the then IPL Champions at the fast bouncy track of Centurion. He was a disappointment in 2013 IPL. However, he played wonderfully in the middle order for Mumbai in 2015 IPL after that he just went downhill. I last remember him struggling to get a place in the Delhi side back in 2016.
