Why is Prithvi Shaw not part of the T20 team?

1. He failed to outperform other openers
2. Ruturaj got an Orange Cap and had a decent season this year (scored more than Shaw in both seasons)
3. Ishan Kishan can keep wickets + he is a left hander + he can play in the middle order
4. KL Rahul & Rohit Sharma have taken up their spots already
5. India took a while to move on from Shikhar Dhawan
6. Shaw have struggled to play on wickets with pace, bounce and lateral movement

Ideally we are not lacking options to play batters at the top, so having Shaw isn't a necessity.
