Pardon my ignorance. I'm not very much familiar with the scoring system. But Scott Kuggeleijn scored 20 runs of 7 balls (3x4, 1x6). So why is his points still at 0? Is it because he conceded 34 runs in 2 overs? Still, amazing that the total points summed up to be 0.

Yes. He scored 20 runs and gave 34 runs in 2 overs.
So,
20+14-34=0

For each over a bowler bowls they are given a number of points - representing a good economy rate - 3 points per over in Tests, 5 points in ODIs and 7 points in T20s. For every run they concede they lose a point, and if they bowl a maiden they get a bonus of that 3/5/7 points.
