Murali Kartik would be long gone. :D

Tiwary would be in, Raina would be in, and I don't know whether Badri would be there, he would be around 30ish, let's see.

Waay too early for this.
Rewind South Africa-World Cup 2003.
Mohommad Kaif would have been a shoe in for the slot in the 2007 WC, going by your judgments. He was even a probable captain.
Look at him now - Struggling with the bat and leading a weak side in the Indian Domestic structure.

Cricket is a funny game. It can change very quickly, and picking the squads this early is just stupid.

Lmfao...

Cameron White could never replace Matthew Hayden.

It's 3/4 years away, younger players can come through the ranks.

A lot of things can change between now and before 2011. Too early to talk about this

I hear that the PCB is insisting on the 2003 format to be used again for 2011 as it allows each nation to play a minimum of 6 matches inspite of poor performances. Looks like they want India and Pakistan to play as much to ensure a commercially successful cup. That would be good. I liked the 2003 format.

dont think that Vaas will play all the way untill 2011.
for the West Indies i think Jason Dawes might have a shot at the squad he is only 18 at the moment and a promising fast bowler.

The format of the 92 WC was tha best.
Every team faced the other teams at least once .

Agarkar will definitely not stay...... why is he even mentioned?

Tendulkar has a higher chance of staying than Agarkar.

No specialist spinner?

For me:
Outs: Hogg, Gilchrist, Hayden, McGrath, Watson, Hodge (last two due to the probability that they won't hold their spot)
Ins: Brad Haddin or Luke Ronchi, Phil Jaques, Andrew McDonald or Ashley Noffke, Cameron White, Brett Lee, Dan Cullen or Cullen Bailey or Nathan Hauritz.

Clarke to be vice captain.

Not sure about Cameron White, Andrew McDonald not to sure... I think we should take Hauritz and Bailer or Cullen.

Haddin will take Gillys place, Im confident.

I agree with the NZ thing. Shane Bond may still be playing, just might slip down the McGrath pace. I mean, he has amazing accuracy and great movement and variation. He'd still be successful. Who knows, chances are he'll be done I think.

Michael Vaughan...Out > Joe Denly
James Anderson - Stay
Ian Bell - Stay
Ravi Bopara - Stay
Stuart Broad - Stay
Paul Collingwood - Stay
Jamie Dalrymple - Out > Adil Rashid
Andrew Flintoff - Out > Onions
Ed Joyce - Out > Phil Mustard
Sajid Mahmood - Definetly out > Sidebottom maybe
Paul Nixon - Out > Matty Prior
Monty Panesar - Out > Munday/Wainwright/Swann
Kevin Pietersen - Stay
Liam Plunkett - possibly in
Andrew Strauss - Out > Luke Wright

Those are more likely changes, theres no way that Mascheranas will stay in the team, I also doubt that Swann will be in the team, hence being the third option to replace Panesar, who i dont think is a good enough one day bowler. Plunkett and Mahmood wont be in the team, unless they improve immensely, but i'm sure they'll be replaced by an upcoming young seamer, who i am not sure of atm, but i doubt they'll be in the team. Luke Wright, Joe Denly and Adil Rashid have a great chance of making the team i feel, all 3 are fantastic talents, and showing great promise. My list is a much more realistic one to yours though Barmy Army, even if it isnt perfect.
