Been working on the Bangladesh domestic sides. Have done first class kits - they are all the same effectively. I've done coloured kits based on those but also added to each side the corresponding BPL team kit (Comilla added to Dhaka Metropolis). Still got Barisal and Chittagong left to do. It's not a perfect solution for adding BPL teams, but if someone wanted to make them and add them to career (by replacing CPL for example) they can copy the kits across.
