hello members, i'm going to make a test championship with international teams using cricsim. There will be 8 teams, Australia, England, South Africa, India, Pakistan, West Indies, New Zealand and Sri Lanka. I can also add Bangladesh and Zimbabwe if people want me to.

ITCStandings.jpg

Information:
Averages will be based on First Class Matches

I will even the teams out a little so its fairer but will still be a bit of an advantage to the higher teams.

It will cost 30,000 vcash to enter and say which team you want to be. This is for prize money. If its 8 teams, prize money will be 150,000 for first, 65,000 for second and 25,000 for third. If it's 10 teams, I will redo the prize money.

Will be in league structure. Every team will play each other twice.

18 man squads. You can choose anybody from the nation you choose (that player must have played at least 30 domestic games or international cricket). As i said before its based on First Class records.

Thats all the things I can think of at the moment that people need to know but will add stuff if I need you. I'll do the fixtures once all teams have been assigned owners.

League Structure:

Pre Season Tournament:
> 5 Day Matches

> Knockout Tournament (Losers are out)

> No prize money

> Draws are decided by the toss of a coin (Will now be decided by runs per wicket (the better average) but if still the same, it will be decided by the toss of a coin)

Test Championship
> 5 Day Matches

> Win = 8 points, Tie = 4 points, Draw = 2 points, Loss = 0 points

> Each Team will play all other teams twice, home and away

> Top 4 teams advance to finals

> If equal on points the team who has won more games finishes higher. If still equal whoever won the game over the other team finishes higher.

Finals:

> 5 Day Matches for Minor/Major Semi and Preliminary Final

> 6 Day Match for the Final

> Home grounds in the Semi's are given to the teams who were in the higher position on the table. Preliminary and Grand Finals are to be played at the PlanetCricket Arena.

> (Major Semi Final) 1 plays 2 Winner advances to final

> (Minor Semi Final) 3 plays 4 Winner plays loser of major semi final

> (Preliminary Final) Loser of Major plays winner of Minor Semi

> (Final) Winner of Final plays Winner of Major Semi

> Third Place = Loser of Preliminary Final

> Second Place = Loser of Final

> Champion = Winner of Final

> If any finals games are drawn*, the higher placed team before the finals is declared the winner.

Note: * = Exclusion of Final where the winner is decided by whoever won the major semi final.

does that mean no offence to the New Zealand cricketers or to me. I might do a ODI tournament after this so if you want to join do it before someone else takes the team.

hedger_14 added 5 Minutes and 3 Seconds later...

actually i just noticed that it is an 18 man squad. Could you please add 3 more player OffCutters.
