Johan Botha chucks

Well he did bowl a few doosras the other day I think. I vividly recall AB missing a stumping on one of those doosras.

Look, this is ridiculous, people were saying Pollock, McGrath, and Lee chucked and no one believed them (actually, it was me calling them chuckers).
It has since been proven with old highlights that they did, more than 15 degrees (I read it on cricinfo, apparently it is scientific FACT, more than 15 degrees), but that is just plain crap, it is not physically possible, they lack deformities and have no idea what hyper-extension even is, to them hyper-extension is one of those subcontinental mysteries like reverse swing and doosras.
Put simply, White Men Can't Chuck.
Haven't you seen the movie?

I have to admit that I have no idea what the message behind that post was. Is it the old chestnut of the white people and the ICC colluding against the Sub Continent? Or was it the opposite deriding that view?

Was just me being an idiot, I hope I don't ignite another racism debate, the point is all sides are guilty of that and the whole argument is a pointless waste of time anyway.
As for Botha, yeah, he does look a bit suspect sometimes, more obvious than most.

I did notice Botha bowl a doosra, but he didn't seem to chuck it as badly as his big turning offspinners to Taufeeq Umar.
However, Steyn's chucking was far more obvious...

Botha hasn't been bowling doosras (as far as I've seen). He bowls the straighter ball, which drifts away slightly, making it seem that it has moved away.

As far as Steyn is concerned, he's clean, he does not chuck. I suggest you please understand the meaning of chucking before accusing test cricket's premier bowler.

As far as Pollock, McGrath, etc were concerned, it was deemed that they straightened their arms a little (under 15 degrees) along with almost every bowler to have played the game; hence the 15 degree rule.

Shillingford just got called for throwing after the 1sr test. He had some issues with it before and he worked on it but I guess he has to go for testing this time.
