Well many mods may call this thread uncalled for.
However,in the recent past ,we have seen that many threads are being closed for no reason at all.
The recent one-Shard Pawar being pushed too has been closed.
Why ?
Cause people are continuosly fighting ? I also would'nt go as far as to call it fighting.Members are just giving their opinions.

I think it has become a habit at Planetcricket to close down all controversial threads.I also think that in the above mentioned thread,no body was fighting.
So why close it ?
Many mods would also now tell me that this is not the right way to complain.
Agreed,but the other members cannot ignore the fact that threads are being closed for no reason at all.

I think the thread you mentioned was closed with good reason, members were fighting like Shailesh and Roxy. Stupidly, the issue of racism came up in it and it doesn't even come close. When things like that happen, threads need to be closed.

Don't think the mods close threads just to annoy you, they follow the rules to the letter and, in my opinion, do a great job because there's so many of us here. You will see in the rules that flaming and racism are against the policy here, so Kev was justified in closing it.
