As you can see , this league comprises of 2 clubs from india,south africa,australia and england . WHile new zealand and pakistan have only 1 representative . So the countries having 1 club (sahil's wellington and bilal's karachi) can post their round 4 and 5 picks right now as there wont be any clashes .

For countries that have 2 clubs , the 2 managers from that country have to consult with each other and VM me their time 2 hours before they actually pick. EG : Tarun and parth (rahulkhush) are both managers of indian teams . If they wanna pick players for drafts 4 and 5 right now, they have to consult amongst themselves and if they agree to post at 5:30 pm IST , then they should have alerted me by 3:30 PM IST . Else it will be exactly 2 hours from the time they alerted me
