And keep in mind, the choice of skipper plays a big role in your team's performance too. Ponting hadn't even been made Australia's Test captain back then. So, a bunch of legends being led by someone who's not even the vice-captain i.e Shane Warne. How do you think Australian players would hold up with that if this was real? As for me, I think there'd be chaos. Langer, Warne, Mark Waugh etc were all Steve's supporters.[DOUBLEPOST=1413413574][/DOUBLEPOST]
So i should play Waugh instead of Langer right :)

Yeah, that would be okay.

Sabina Park has been a favourite for our players and their record speaks volumes about that. Hopefully Rowe will back at his majestic best at his happy hunting ground. 3 big hundreds at a fifty from him in 4 matches at an average of 113.40 at the venue.

It's unfortunate to loose Sehwag for this crucial match.

West Indies A v South Africa A at Jamaica

- Slightly slower this time and somewhat better for batting, but fast bowlers are still likely to find a lot of help from the wicket.
- Players unavailable: none
I see le Roux isn't injured. But, I feel he needs some rest now. So, Peter Pollock in for le Roux. This will be an exciting match as the opposition is very strong. I hope the players can keep up the momentum and go all guns blazing for this match! Resting le Roux for this match was a tough decision as he has been the leading wicket taker for us. But, let's see what Pollock does with his first outing.

Considering the fact that this match is in WACA and it's gonna be a heaven for fast bowlers, I decided to bring Wiki back. Raja gets a much needed rest and Shoaib Mohammad is gonna play his first match of the tournament. Moin comes back in for Saleem Yusuf.

i'll take them, but don't know which player can be replaced...any help?

Courtney Browne, Frank Rose, Stuart Williams have been complete duds so far. You could do way with one of the Benjamins too.

Patrick Patterson, Otis Gibson, Vasbert Drakes, Nixon McLean, Cameron Cuffy are the good ones. Patterson, the most feared of them all. Gibson, a useful bowling allrounder.

@Mr Nokkaya, so what's it gonna be?[DOUBLEPOST=1413483958][/DOUBLEPOST]

If you rest his leg for one round, he comes back with fresh energy the next time you play him. That's quite helpful for an in-form bowler.

New Zealand almost pulled off the impossible task of chasing 364 after being 5/95 at one stage. But the breakthroughs provided by Garry Sobers and Roy Gilchrist forced them to shift gears and bat out a draw instead.

Their key batsmen Martin Crowe, Andrew Jones and John Wright finally struck form while Ian Smith turned from zero (3 ducks in previous 6 innings) to hero with an unbeaten 60 that saw New Zealand through.

Rodney Hogg kept his head while Wasim Akram lost his, and bowled Australia to victory in the most thrilling game to ever be played in this league's history. It was a match for the ages.

Lillee, Thomson and Hogg prevailed over the equally deadly Wasim, Waqar and Imran after a fierce battle.

Yes! finally the key players have clicked. Hadlee took all the important wickets in the first innings proving why he's the best fastie New Zealand ever had, Bracewell as well took one of the most vital wickets that of Sir Gary Sobers. Andrew Jones played brilliantly but only in the first and Martin Crowe in the second innings, wish they could play together sometime. Overall, I'm really happy to finally see New Zealand back on track and am really happy with Ian Smith scoring.
