As eaguerly waiting for this astounding project to reach it's completion, I do have a question.

Would it be possible to use real names, kits etc. if you didn't charge for the game (make it free)?

I mean, you don't have to pay to use something that you won't make money off yourself do you?

well.......it'll all be fake during the release...EVEN if its FREE !
we just dont want to given them an opportunity to sue our rear ends

BUT, once the game releases, the required patches will be released
to fix all that ! .

in short, its not an issue at all
