Vanuatu started extremely slow, going at 2 an over in the powerplay, with opener Alphonse Tari only making 6 off 37 balls. Yamamura Daisuke threatened to bowl them out, but a heroic sixth wicket stand between Apolinaire Saksak and Edwin Tangis got them to 192. The target seems under par, but Vanuatu will be confident of defending it on this green wicket.

Japan started confidently in a small chase, and Toyoda Taroemon played a wonderful knock to put them in the drivers seat. However, their fragile tail was exposed when Mark Mansale brought Vanuatu back from the dead with late wickets. In the end, a boundary for no. 11 Tomoyoki Tomohiko sealed a nervy chase to give Japan a thrilling opening victory.

After their opening loss, Vanuatu bowlers looked fiery today. Mark Mansale, the star allrounder, got 4 wickets while captain Kensi Iwai cleaned up the tail. For Netherlands, only captain Faas Vermeulen offered resistance, his 71 run partnership with Gerrit van Loon a crucial one. Vanuatu will back themselves to chase it, but can Netherlands pull off a heist?

Vanuatu grabbed defeat from the jaws of victory for the second match in a row as a late collapse sealed a dramatic Netherlands win. They seemed on track to easily chase the measly target at 133/3, with 24 runs needed and 7 wickets in hand, but lost 7/22 to bottle the chase. Netherlands will have to give credit to Tyler de Lange and Rens de Wit for Herculean bowling spells that turned the match on its head. Ecstasy for Netherlands, but Vanuatu are now on the brink of elimination in the inaugrual series, in conditions they should know well.

Well That was a very interesting Match. The Batting Collapsed very badly, even though the pitch was bowler friendly we were expecting a total of 180. Bowlers came back strong towards the end. Tyler De Lange was very good, he was the one element we missed in our last series.

I don't See the need to change the Line-up yet. So I will go same.

Netherlands continued their bowling dominance this tournament. This time it was Rick de Graaf who ripped apart Japan's top order. Japan never really recovered, but Taicharo Shusake helped get them to a reasonably defendable score. The chasing team has had difficulties so far in the series, is another thriller on the cards?

Netherlands confidently chased the target down, barely breaking a sweat. No. 3 Arnout Lauman played an exceptional innings to get 84, the highest score of the tournament so far. The Japan bowlers were disciplined, but needed more bite to defend such a low score.
