Its just been on Channel four news. It made Soldiers who were demonstrating it freak out and they knew what was coming!
Experiments using electromagnetism as a weapon aren't new but it looks like the Americans have cracked it this time. The design of television aerials comes from Military experiments years back. I wonder if this doesn't work what we'll be using it for in 50 years time
