Who here has access to a copy of dbc, pc or console, provided it's legit and you have access to the academy. I've had an idea.

I think we could do with picking up a specialist batsman in mid-season

Yeah, it would really help with getting a balanced side and making things easier when Misbah and co don't fire

Another call for the DBC thing: I was thinking of creating our amazing team in it but it'd only work if we had a fair few people with the game able to do themselves and thus split the load a bit

If you were only simulating the games on DBC you wouldn't have to worry about the player's appearance which would save some time. Also you need to be aware that batsmen shouldn't be rated too high as this will lead to unrealistically high scores

Just thinking, for the RMS Shield we might be able to game the sim by using only a few bowlers. We could go with something more like the following:

Varun Rustagi
Waqas Latif

Svenke Ulberg
Brad Hogg
Ern Shylock
Alexander McKenzie

Khurram Khan

I would consider going with only three bowlers, but two of our three best bowlers are spinners and that might make the sim explode. With Latif being such a part-timer, he'd only be used until we get the spinners on, in the style of a Sourav Ganguly type bowler.
