Welcome to my new story thread which shall take place on the game Cricket Coach Pro.

I have already been playing as this Pakistan side since June 2006, and am currently facing Australia in a Test series in early 2008.

This story shall start immediately after my ODI series with the Australians is completed.

Here are the series' I have played since starting:

JUL-SEP 06 - v England (A)
Tests: Lost 3-0
ODI: Lost 4-1

JAN-FEB 07 - v South Africa (A)
Tests: Lost 2-0
No ODI series played

FEB-MAR 07 - World Cup
Came bottom of the Super Eight's.

SEPT 07 - v Zimbabwe (A)
No Test series played
ODI: Lost 2-1

OCT-NOV 07 - v West Indies (H)
Tests: Drawn 1-1
ODI: Lost 3-2

DEC-JAN 07 - v South Africa (H)
Tests: Drawn 1-1
ODI: Won 3-2

FEB-APR 08 - v Australia (H)
Tests: Won 3-0
ODI: Lost 3-2

As you can see...not very successful at the moment. But hopefully the new players that shall be coming into the team over the next couple of years will give us a spring up to the top level.

World Rankings:
Tests: Pakistan are 5th
ODI: Pakistan are 6th

Incident At The PCB

Incident Involving Paksitani Manager At PCB HQ

The Pakistani Express has news of an incident inside PCB HQ involving current Pakistani manager, Rhys Williams, and PCB secretary, Alice Patel.
Rumours have been spreading for months that these two have been involved in an affair, yet today's shocking revelation confirms this.
The two were caught will trousers off in the players' bar at 5.30 pm yesterday evening!
Rhys Williams has yet to make a statement, but his wife, Elizabeth Regina, has made one, she said:
'My husband has behaved very badly, and I am extremely ashamed. I shall talk to him and I'm sure we can come to some kind of agreement'
Although we all really know that she means she's going to slap him several times, have a huge go at him, get divorced and kick him out of the house - taking millions of rupees with her!
What an embarrasing day for Rhys Williams

I'm sorry but did you make this thread to bash Pakistanis?

If anyone does that, they would most certainly be kicked out of the team not to say kicked out of the country...

Pakistan Squad For ODI Series v New Zealand Announced

PAKISTAN SQUAD ANNOUNCEMENT

After the controversy of a couple of months ago, Rhys Williams was back in action today announcing the squad for the forthcoming series against New Zealand.
First up, are the five one-dayers, in which Pakistan will be looking to take over New Zealand in the world rankings.

Here is the squad:

CricketCoach2006-12-0921-44-50-81.jpg

Many may be surprised to see that Shoaib Akhtar has not been picked - yet his form has slumped slightly in the past season, and the other main pace bowlers have all improved. Some youngsters and unheard of's have been given a chance - if Pakistan take an unassailable lead, these players will be given a game.

So, just how will this squad perform in training ahead of the first New Zealand game - and who will be in the starting XI?

Rhys Williams, Team Manager.
