Read it. Doesn't have patches, but it's all we have concerning the patching of the PS2 version.

Well a very quick search brought up these 4 threads. This is the second time you have started a thread on this this week. Why do you think other people should have to waste their time finding information for you when you're too lazy to do it yourself?
