@AliB I also have an issue. I've updated to the latest version today and when I click on brush its not like a circle it's only the icon of a brush how to change it?

If it's always wrong when opening Photoshop change the default behavior in Edit --> Preferences --> Cursors. There you can select 'Normal Brush Tip'.
