Anyone knows this has been fixed or not that when fielder drops the catch in BLIC 2007 and batsman starts running he throws ball normally like nothing happen rather than throwing fast to get batsman out? It was very annoying in BLIC 2007, hope this has been fixed.

And what are the Playtesters ratings about this game?

Actually, now that I think about it, I have three questions about the game.

1. Kind of pointless, but are the boundary ropes static like in Cricket 07, or do they have physics when the ball or fielder hits them?

2. Are there different camera angles? Recently, I've been loving the "Behind Batsman" camera angle in Cricket 07 while batting; is there anything similar?

3. Is the Starforce copy protection used? Last time I tried to install RP05 on Vista, I rebooted and Vista didn't like it; saying that there were unlicenced drivers installed, meaning I had to manually find and delete the files on my separate partition.

Hey guys, congrats I just saw the first official add of ashes cricket game 2009 at show sports Dubai. It says coming this July in UK and Australia. So I guess 23 July is correct for Uk and 30th for australia. Want to see it again, will wait till tea break. Hehehe :banana2

i just read on cricketgaming website that the australian release dates are confirmed by atari on 13th august and the UK dates are yet to be confirmed.

i dont know how true this is but just of posting this here as it was said to be confirmed dates and not mere speculations.

Can anyone confirm that if ther is "Double Wicket" Mode in PC version of AC09?? I just read the Wii hands-on on Gamespot. The reviewer said that double wicket mode is back in Wii. So is it also back in PC?? I used to love that mode in BLIC05.

ie. if I play a test between Australia and South Africa will the Australian side be licenesed and SA unlicensed or will they both be unlicensed... (I rememebr in BLIC07 that teams were only licensed in WC and WCtrial mode and not in test matches)
