Plz help me editing .cfg

Everything is perfect I must say in the hardcore patch except the short ball lenght which goes overhead.......
So plz can anyone tell me how to reduce the lenght of the ball in .cfg to prevent the ball going overhead....... :

hey...i'm not sure bout this but it might be something to do with the fast bowlers and ball cfg files in gravity/other. i dunno....
