is guest's Can Download Attachements in this forum ?

Guests cannot download if the file is uploaded in planetcricket website. They can download files from external links.

Agree , i checked it now , but Four days ago i need a Yashdude's Crowd file that time i was banned , so i tried that method & it worked , so only i posted this question here .....
