Problem uploading zips

I keep getting this message:

Your submission could not be processed because a security token was missing.

If this occurred unexpectedly, please inform the administrator and describe the action you performed before you received this error.

I have uploaded zip files before without any problems, so anyone know why this is happening?

Not as far as I'm aware. My internet is not running that fast today, I don't know if that could be contributing?

Shall I try again later? It's a WAV sound file, by the way.

What browser are you using? I remember having a problem like that with an old version of Firefox.

Help > About Mozilla Firefox. If you have firefox you probably have 3.5. I had problems playing some flash videos on it so maybe it is causing this problem.

I don't think there is anything to sort since it only seems to be you with the problem. Does it work in IE? Maybe one of your extensions is causing this.

Nope, IE didn't work. Sod it, it was only a rendition of 'Your Song' I did a couple of years back - doesn't exactly stretch me.

Possibly a firewall blocking it, hard to pin point it since it isn't browser based.
