PS2 Patch

Is anyone guna make a ps2 patch cos i have looked all round the forum and people say they are making one but then it just hits a dead end and no one makes one, so can someone please make one.

I don't think anyone had made patches for PS2 on this forum in BLIC or Cricket 2005. I know someone that has done it for X-Box.
