I got a surprise news and I found it today by article so I posted about this and I am more amazed where trump came in this matter by @NilayShah60

When I was having my exams in university I wake at 3 AM in specific subjects
Also when I have very bad cold even I try to sleep I could not and wake at 2 AM
due to high inflammation till morning 7-8 AM when the inflammation decreases and then take breakfast
and sleep.

When I'm off work i lie in til 6am!
I've always been an early bird.
