What a finish! A nail-biter to the very end. Well played to both teams, but in the end, there can be only one winner. The Avengers will breathe a sigh of relief after today's match and will be hoping to be more authoritative in the next one. The bowlers were probably licking their lips when they saw the pitch today - the pitch was very sporting, to say the least. All of the disciplines benefited greatly throughout the day. These two teams were fairly evenly matched so it was tough to predict the outcome. That being said The Avengers proved to be the stronger in the end and snatched victory. Outstanding comeback from the bowlers at the end! Dylan did concede 38 in the first 3 overs, but great stuff from him to only concede 1 in the last over and seal the victory! The rest of the bowlers bowled very well too.

However, the batting has to improve. Everybody got starts but nobody except the ever-brilliant Talha Hayat converted that start into a solid knock. Also, on a personal level, I am disappointed with my performance, but I hope to return back to form in the next game!
