If we’re going for realism, Irish internationals aren’t counted as locals in English leagues now. This is the main reason why Tim Murtagh had to retire from international cricket.

Also, an idea to make sure the league retains its local glamour whilst allowing all players, could be to allow only one or two international players per match (as in the Royal London One Day Cup)

Okay, I'm allowing big players and here's revised version of lineup rules:

- A lineup must include
  • Minimum 7/8 Locals (:eng:/:ire:/:sco:/Koplak player)
  • Maximum 3 Overseas when :purpo: parity player is playing. (In this case also only 1 :purpo: player will be allowed)
  • Maximum 4 Overseas when :purpo: parity player is not playing.
  • At least 1 Associate (:local:/:os:)
