Save game not getting sync from PC to Xbox SS with Game Pass

Hi All,

I thought of asking this here on this platform. I recently moved to the Xbox Series S with the Xbox Ultimate Game Pass. I have my career and all updates on PC save however, it is not getting synced on XBOX SS. If anyone had faced a similar issue and found any solution, or if someone could guide me on how to fix this issue, it would be greatly appreciated. I really do not want to do the Career thing all over again.
