seam movement

The one thing i cant do in Cricket 2004 is seam the ball with fast bowlers, that is, movement away or toward the batsman after the ball bounces. Can anyone help? I move the bowling marker, hit the sweet spot, and even with cutter balls nothing happens.

same with me. but i can do it a few times. play on a green pitch with a new ball and look 4 a bowler who gets lots of seam. just try different things.

well I have tried alot now....seam movement only happened for me twice with Shabbir.....and even on a green pitch (and humidity) no swing and seam movement, the oppission can do that, but simply not me....I have tried many times now......but I played against new zealand but Oram as medium seamer swong it alot and seam movement was there for him.... :(......I when u edit a bowler and edit his inswinging and outswinging abilities as the toppest...u can't even swing and seam movement with him and he is not a different bowler for a bad one......

Well the ball did swing for me, specially on green ones...good aspect of Cricket 2004

i can generally get the ball to swing & seam off the pitch, generally 1-2 balls an over, the secret is getting as most "after touch" as u can, when i bowl i move the ball direction indicator about 1cm in the direction i want to swing/seam the ball just as the power indicator starts to go up, then once i stop the power indicator i hit the ball direction indicator again, it generally wont move far at all once the power indicator has stopped but the more u can move it the more u can swing/seam it, just fiddle with it until u get the maximum after-touch u can. hope my description made sense... also try to get ur power bar on the no ball line, that seems to give u a lil better chance... dont expect it to seam/swing every ball either because it would make the game way too easy, i can get it maybe twice an over on a good over, generally 1-2.
