not that easy mario.greenie,u follow mario's advice first.u cannot completely peeel off the sticker.coz there will b traces of sticker left.so pour some petrol or some solvent (similar) on it then use the knife or ur finger nails(try it at ur own risk!!).logic is simple.the solvent(petrol) dissolves the gum used for the sticker.hope this helps.

You can get chemicals that remove sticker adhesive. Ask at your local DIY shop. The problem with those is that the chemicals could ruin your bat somehow.

Why do want to remove it anyway?

i remove by sticker of my old woodworm bat and it came of by getting enough of the sticker to grip it and pull it off. ONE PROBLEM is that the bat fades and changes colour so where the sticker use to be will be visible by a change in colour.

Would it steam off?

Good thinking, I will try that when I get back from holiday.

I want to remove the stickers for the simple reason that I think my bat would look better plain.
