The bowlers will not be able to bat. So you can have all rounders but they will not be able to bat. Only top 3 bats. So feel free with your imagination.

Right that's what I was asking. I wanted an all-rounder because of their bowling abilities in the "bowler's slot", so that's why I asked. I could easily work without them having to actually bat.
