Whilst I'm on a roll... :D

Volunteers for artists who can do textures for all/any of the following -

Pitches
Infields
Outfields
On field ads
Stumps
Bats (Actual brands not generic)
Ad boards
Stadium parts (like lights, grandstands etc)
Playing Strips
Player Faces
Skin Tones
Helmets/Hats/Gloves etc

Details on specific formats for all these are not available as of yet, all I am doing now is collating volunteers.

Scatter, we should add player textures (faces, skins, apparel etc.)
and 3D player modelling to the required reportoire. I believe we also need animators as well? Pls confirm if we already have people for this.

Cheers

what are you on about? they are on the list... :D

3d modelling will be a seperate thread, same with animators. for now this thread was just about finding people to colour in the models that i haven't picked the modellers for yet... call me backwards. :p

for textures that is kinda irrelevant. as long as the textures are in a unifrom format (like jpeg or bmp or whatever) then it doesn't matter what tool you use.

having said that, the file format hasn't been decided as of yet...

the 3d modelling will be done in 3ds max however, although that is of no help to the texture mapping just yet

I can do stuff with graphics, not literally but I do some research on things like bats, mats, adboards and much more.

Hi guys, from last few days I was trying to model a stadium not any particular one but just for fun. Following is the screen shots of the model, think it might suit to your eyes. If you want I can put the max file on to it. Hope this might help in gaining new ideas though its just an amature model still in progress.

I will post any updates later. Thanks

your scale is out by a fair bit sunil... either the lights are way too big, or the ground itself is too small...

has potential though... :)
