That Leverock catch is something that is one of those "where were you?" moments. I recall it well. The match was at the Queen's Park Oval, Port of Spain, Trinidad. At the time I was in university, about 20 minutes car drive away from said Oval, watching the match with my friends while having more than a few adult beverages (it was in the morning, but in uni the morning is just a continuation of the night before) and waiting for our turn in the lab.

"Look at this big fella in the slips," a colleague said.

"Hey, them guys can be good you know," another colleague, looking up from the billiards table, replied.

"Well, if anything if the ball goes to him it can't go anywhere else..."

The ball. The edge. The dive. The catch.

Silence.

We were now looking at each other, mouths agape. A couple guys were shaking their heads. One of the girls had her eyes open so wide I could almost see her brain.

"He didn't..." someone, I forget who, began.

"But he just did," someone else said. "Look at the celebrations. This guy is running faster than he ever ran...he's practically doing a victory lap."

"No, I did NOT just see what I just saw," a third person chipped in. "That's impossible."

"Guys, anyone wants to duck out of labs and go watch the rest of the match in the Oval?"

That last statement was from me.

Well, we didn't go to the Oval (nobody could legally drive given the beverages and all) but we missed the lab and watched Bermuda fight. And fight they did.
