What have you/ are you doing to cope with the mental stress of the pandemic? Is it affecting you at all?

What have you/ are you doing to cope with the mental stress of the pandemic? Is it affecting you at all?

I have actually started to think on the brighter side. That somehow Universe is playing it’s part and driving my life. It might feel as a pretty dark phase from a first person pov right now. But if I look back to this day 5 years from now on, I will be thankful that this happened and it led to/paved way for something extremely important and joyous in the times ahead.

Not supporting the fact that pandemic is a good thing that is happening. Just preaching individually that my life on an individual level, is going through this phase for a reason. A reason I am still unaware of. But will surely get an answer to in times ahead.
