I need some help here-

3 players that I want to train:
A 17 YO competent spinner YP
A 17 YO allrounder (the one I just bought - Med. bat, Comp. bowl)
Ryan Crouch (19 YO Respec. Bat and Comp. bowl with good secondaries)

Andy advice on how I should set their nets(After 8th week training changes)?? Stamina is also required for all of them.

Particulary want to hear from:
Ardarsh, Pak, Bilal, Ste_mfc and anyone else who thinks they could help.

i think you meant me (did u not include the e because its everton?)

if your team already has an allrounder i would focus on one skill for the 17 yo old allrounder, probably batting as next seaosn (i think it migth be the one after or in a midseason) an option for a 6th bowler will come in so he oculd be a 6th bowler and a good batter, give him a fielding net, stamina, bolwing and batiting, if your batting is better if not give him 2 batting nets (drop the bowling) and keep him as a back up bowler,

id give crouch 2 stamina nets to try and raise it high in the couple of weeks before the training changes, also i think the other 2 are better prospects long term as they are 2 years younger,

2 bolwing nets for the spinner, a stamina and a fielding,

when his stamina reaches what you want give him a 3rd batting or give the other guy a second bowling (or first if you give him 2 batting nets now)

although can i but the comp spinner off ive been looking for a cheap one

It depends on how many nets you have and what they are. If you have 4 bowling nets, then I'd go 2 each for the first two, and 2 batting for the mediocre lad. I would stop training Crouch to be honest, but it would depend on his wage. If his wage is about ?1000 or below, then I wont train him. If its more, then I'd give him a batting net or two.

I myself am in a dilemma. I have:
Chaminda Udabadalawa - 17 yo, BT Rating=4,238
RH Batsman, RFM Bowler, competent batting form, competent bowling form, lively
A steady player with superb leadership skills and abysmal experience.
Stamina: abysmal Wicket Keeping: mediocre
Batting: respectable Concentration: woeful
Bowling: worthless Consistency: abysmal
Fielding: woeful

Karl Barker - 19 yo, BT Rating=7,921
LH Batsman, LM Bowler, strong batting form, superb bowling form, sublime
An attacking player with abysmal leadership skills and abysmal experience.
Stamina: mediocre Wicket Keeping: abysmal
Batting: abysmal Concentration: mediocre
Bowling: strong Consistency: woeful
Fielding: abysmal

Derek Hoult - 18 yo, BT Rating=6,992
LH Batsman, LM Bowler, superb batting form, strong bowling form, sublime
An attacking player with abysmal leadership skills and abysmal experience.
Stamina: mediocre Wicket Keeping: abysmal
Batting: proficient Concentration: woeful
Bowling: mediocre Consistency: feeble
Fielding: woeful

I am overloading the 17 yr old with 3 batting, 1 fielding, 2 stamina, 1 wk.
I am giving Hoult 2 bowling nets, as he just popped in batting. I am not sure if I should train Barker or not. He popped 2 weeks back and then I stopped training him. What do you reckon?

leave barker, if he just popped as he is 19,

at least 2 batting for both the others, then 2 bowling for the allrounder, fielding each

Ok, more info:

Ryan Crouch - 19 yo, BT Rating=9,862
LH Batsman, LM Bowler, strong batting form, superb bowling form, changeable
A destructive player with respectable leadership skills and abysmal experience.
Stamina: competent Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: respectable Concentration: feeble
Bowling: competent Consistency: competent
Fielding: mediocre
Good secondaries, and decent primaries. Highest BTR and Wages player of mine.

Lennox Rudi - 17 yo, BT Rating=4,913
LH Batsman, LM Bowler, competent batting form, proficient bowling form, changeable
A defensive player with feeble leadership skills and worthless experience.
Stamina: woeful Wicket Keeping: woeful
Batting: mediocre Concentration: worthless
Bowling: competent Consistency: mediocre
Fielding: competent
New comer, young, and already taken 2 wickets in 5 overs today.

Bill Tuckett - 17 yo, BT Rating=1,576
RH Batsman, RH Spin Bowler, feeble batting form, mediocre bowling form, changeable
A steady player with superb leadership skills and worthless experience.
Stamina: feeble Wicket Keeping: worthless
Batting: worthless Concentration: abysmal
Bowling: competent Consistency: abysmal
Fielding: worthless
The spinner. Also young.

My idea was going to be:

2 Bowl, 1 Stam. for Tuckett
1 Bat, 1 Bowl, 1 Field, 1 Stam. for Crouch (As he is the oldest, so secondaries will pop quicker, and being an allrounder, he needs good stamina, and since he won't play in every match of mine and isn't a NT player, Resp/Prof will work.)
1 Bat, 1 Bowl, 1 Stam for Rudi (You, so quick primary pops. Also needs stamina, has good consistency and fielding already)

Any ideas/improvements? I was also thinking of a rotation plan between Crouch and Rudi.

i wouldnt train crouch except maybe give him a fielding net, also secondaries dont go quicker for older players till week 8,

a fielding for tucket as his secondaries are really poor, need boosting ans should pop every 4-5 weeks with primary+fielding even after the training,

hire at least 6-7 sports psychs

I need sessions for after week 8. I have my Pre-week 8 training set. Tuckett has gotten two weeks(Promoted right after the news announcement), and has already popped in Stamina and Consistency.
I have 10 sports psychs (:p)

I know. I think I'll try and fit Rudi (Who took 6/55 today!!) in with some stamina and fielding before the updates...

It seems to me from your recent Match that your Batting is on the weaker end. My batting was pretty weak but I gave Masood Sessions and he poped to strong. Maybe you should train more batsmen.

I would probably give them all a concentration and stamina net or two... Probably fielding to Crouch and Bill...and also a concistency net or two for Bill...Although you might want two increase the number of nets around as of who are your main players out of them...

There is no concentration net or a consistency net. They can only be improved through fielding and sports psychs. Also, Zorax has got the maximum no. of nets available.

I feel my batting is ok. It was a dusty pitch and he fielded four spinners!

So no other suggestions then? Should I just stick to that? I am giving Rudi, Crouch, and Tuckett a fair bit of secondary nets for before the new changes.
