How do you recognize pops? is it that you know your players that well or does it say somewhere?

It's from training your players, Griffo. When they pop, they go up 1 skill in their attribute. For example, if they pop in batting from mediocre to competent in batting. It is because you trained them. They will now play better. Unless they have really bad concentration and stanima.

The simplest way to recognise a pop is if you have membership, attributes that have popped will be green (changes to BTR are also noted in red or green). You could also use one of the many management programs that keeps track of your players' attributes, fitness and form. You also could do something similar with pen and paper, or more practically, a spreadsheet in Excel.

After some experience, you'd probably quite easily notice important pops in your players without these methods, but you'd just as likely miss most secondary and fielding pops.

Membership is really worth :) with it you will be able to see the Pop ups and can arrange the player according to batting and bowling and many other stuuffs . you can also have ur own logo and can view the friendly stats also . Zian and Dude64 have the membership

You can see for yourself as Battrick offers a free week of membership after a month of playing.

The problem, or at least the key criticism of membership is that it doesn't offer many constructive advantages. You can enhance your gameplaying experience by creating press reports and club imagery, or if you are popular a guest book, but there aren't a lot of features that say "thanks for contributing your money". That said, new members features are added from time to time, so you get long term interest. They recently added Alliances and Supporters, which can improve your networking efficiency, so I guess in a roundabout way, that could have impact on how much you learn or how prominent you are in the community.

Also, shortcuts are great.
