So wanted to make a thread for this, i'll try and post a variation from time to time and everyone is welcome to contribute too

If you push the fat man next to you off the bridge, he will fall on the tracks and stop the train, but die in the process.
If you dont push him, the train crosses the bridge and the bystander besides the lever has his own dilemna
a. If he chooses to watch, the train kills the 5 people bundled together on the track
b. If he pulls the lever, the train is diverted from its course but it kills the solitary man on the upper trail.
You cannot communicate with the bystander near the lever beforehand.
So, will you push the fat man off the bridge to prevent a trolley problem?
