Tutsi AI patch help!

hello,
i am downloading Tutsi's AI patches for the first time, how do i install them? and do i have to install all his patches up to now? sorry barmyarmy, i read ur PM but i didn't get how to do it still! so sum1 plz help!

lol u dont have to install all other Tutsi patches.Just download the latest one and import using Config Editor.
