Wooooooooah, that's a real kick in the head :brickwall. I've tried changing the necklace aswell and looking at recent photos of Flintoff it doesn't seem I need to change Flintoff's hair - much.
EDIT : I am so pleased with myself, you cannot say that this doesn't look like Flintoff. OK the bottom lip is too big and the necklace still isn't quite right but I'm tired and in need of sleep!

All recent pictures taken of Flintoff are shown with hair like that. Probably darker hair colour though. I think it's shaven in the summer to keep him cooler, here is a picture from the 3rd ODI in Pakistan to show this.

@ hondeyho: Mate what did you change in the Flintoff face apart from the necklace and ear-ring, he looks like the default one. Make him a bit more life like. And work on the Simon Jones default face, he is not that bald and has some hair as it is in the game.
Hey Lucky we should now update the faces done and acceptable to let everyone know which have been done and which ones are to be done.
Liam Plunkett Try 1:
Guys I tried my hands on L.Plunkett, but as you know he does not have a unique face in the game, I tried out Brad Hogg's head model. The face texture was good but the model made it look a bit different. If anyone could suggest some face model for Plunkett.

Jones has a shaved head but he's not quite bald. I've dug this up from the internet, it could help with the hair as I think you've got the face about right:

Here's a list and if more than one face has been made for this person then we decide who's is the best:
Hariz - Vaughan
Hariz - Pietersen
Hariz - Giles
Hariz - Collingwood
LC - Pietersen
Hariz - G. Jones
Hariz - Hoggard
These are the ones that should be in the game right now, although I can't decide who's is better Hariz or LC's Pietersen! I think LC's edges it though. If my Simon Jones face goes all well then this is what's left from the original plan.
Trescothick - Lucky is working on it
Strauss - LC is working on it
Flintoff - I am working on it but I may not
S. Jones - I am working on it
Harmison
Bell - Lucky is working on it
That means that from the original plan Harmison is the only face left to do, if everyone else has been assigned a job.

Well My Pietersen was just my 1st try and I left working on it as soon as LC started. His KP is good. I am working on Plunkett at the moment and will do Harmison if required, but I saw his current in-game face and it's top-notch. Dont know if it still needs some work.
