ok here come the first lot of images. this is just a starter and not that good.

Here is a kind of concrete pitch for cricket park.

The pitch and wall are very good but when would there be a concrete pitch in a park. Best make it more natural, either all grass or all concrete.

I play in my garden and there is a patch which I think you should put in. The whole thing is grass except one triangular area with a flattened tip and the longest side at yorker length made of mud where the ball has landed and worn away the grass.

Also, when you get to developing the game engine, the bounce should be really uneven and erratic due to the poor pitch.

i will make the grass dark but a light strip for the pitch. is that good or should i do something else

i will add mud at each end.

i have also been playing with the physics of the ball seen in the icture..

i have got it to bounce but can not get it ot spin its just a straight ball. i will try to make it spin

Yes, the mud patch is ideal, as it is the sign of an unkept pitch.

If you wish to make the game most advanced, if the ball does not hit the seam it will likely skip along at ankle height and if it does it may hit the batsman's head of a length.

Good luck.

Just out of interest, does this game hope to be Stick Cricket or BLIC?
