Username with reps

Can admins do something with which we can see the user who givs reps?

If people wanted to let you they gave you a rep then they will put their name down.

yes but if someone gives -ve reps for nothing it is annoying to not know who did it

Admin will find the person and will warn him : but he will not going to disclose it to anybody

A thing happened with me that sum1 gave me -ve reps with Grey nichols name but it wasnt him!
