Well there are a number of ways. For one, writing the numbers in chits and then taking one out of them.

The obvious one, was obviously, write the numbers on a paper and move your finger's above them while your eyes are closed, and stopping anywhere.

There are loads of others if you want me to list them on.

In Excel or similar spreadsheet program type

=RANDBETWEEN(1,10)

into a cell and then you will get a random number in the cell you typed it in, press F9 to get a new number.
