Yeah, afraid so. Seems to happen on some edited kits for some reason.

Make sure transparancy isn't checked when you format the pics.

Brilliant. Except the admiral and WICB logo's need to be about 35 pixels in height...or is it width...which ever one comes first in the list of resizing.....

Transparency wasn't checked on my Australian kit and helmets were still screwed.

f0bstyle and I think that it might be a Palette Problem.

I've got an idea as to what the problem is, I need to talk to Tom about it though. If you use the old Aussie helmet/cap (just copy/paste it on your new kit) you shouldn't have any problems.

i did use the original helmet and cap, yet it still has the same prob

Also make sure it hasn't shifted when you import it. Quite often the kit shifts a few pixels on the import without people noticing. This happens when it hasn't been formatted correctly.
